The Celestion Ruby is vintage voiced alnico speaker that straddles the classic chime of the Blue and celebrated warmth of the modern Cream. The Ruby features a rich and musical frequency response with smooth, airy highs and a nuanced midrange with the natural bite found only in a vintage alnico speaker. This versatile 35 watt speaker is an excellent choice for a 4x12 cabinet and really shines in a single 12” cabinet or combo amp. The Celestion Ruby offers guitar players the ability to discover new tones within the spectrum of vintage sound.

The 1530 is a high performance bass and mid range driver. It has a large magnet, resulting in a high BI product, with high sensitivity and power handling.

Typically used in the lower powered 12” amps for studio or practice, the C12R is a clear sounding, sparkling speaker, very sensitive to the character of amplifier. It lends itself to a wide range of musical genres, with a smooth, never aggressive personality, from fast solo runs, to complex chordal harmonies, to soulful lead tones.

The high power 10” Alnico in the Vintage Series, the P10Q was used in a handful of beautifully sounding amps such as the Tweed Super, Brownface Super, and others. This speaks to the fierce tone of the P10Q, capable of great clarity, detailed tone with excellent trebles, and well supported by a solid mid and bass foundation.

The Falcon 12 is a mid-power, rich and fat sounding speaker. Very smooth in the top end, rounded in the midrange, it delivers exceptional bass depth and power for its power rating. The secret lies in its proprietary, green cone membrane, the only seamed cone in the Jet Series which is an integral element of the pronounced bass response. The Falcon is very suitable to low/medium output power stages with its ability of making even small amplifiers sound bigger.

Celestion PETP diaphragm for CDX1-17 compression drivers

The Blackface era sibling of the P15N is a powerful, open sounding speaker with a cutting presence on the full range of frequencies. The C15N is very efficient and delivers dynamic, high-headroom and punchy tone from bass to trebles. It is the first-choice speaker for many pedal steel and blues players. It is very commonly found in Pro® and Vibrolux® amps in the ‘60s and is used in the low frequency drum of the Leslie® 122 and 147 amplifiers.
