Does my Gibson switch tip fit this switch?
Asked by Anonymous on December 17th, 2015.
Yes, both the Switchcraft and Gibson switches are SAE threaded so they should be compatible.

Is this a 2-way switch (on/off)? I'm looking for the 2-way Gibson switch that was used on the S-1 model, not the 3-way selector switch that was used on the Les Paul models. Sorry, I don't have a part number for the switch that I'm looking for.
Asked by Anonymous on January 25th, 2016.
In terms of the Les Paul/Gibson style switch we wouldn't have an on/off. They would all be three way switches.

Looking for a switch for an Epihone SG with two pick-ups and four knobs. which of the items that you have in stock will serve as a replacement for the original switch?
Asked by edcglaw on September 4th, 2020.
This one would not be ideal for an SG simply because an SG will have a thin body and this would not physically fit. The 90 degree angle version of this switch should work: https://www.tubesandmore.com/products/switch-switchcraft-pickup-selector-gibson-l-type

Product Reviews
Exact replacement.Top quality.
Heavy Duty. That is all you need to know. This switch will last an extremely long. Would rather work with a Long Toggle Switch than the Short simply by how the short is designed. Switchcraft makes great products. Thanks for supplying AES.
