The BC184 is a general purpose NPN transistor in a TO-92 case. The BC184 is commonly used in fuzz pedals and has a reputation as a warm sounding silicon transistor for fuzz. BC184 was used in various Colorsound pedals - Jumbo Tone Bender, Supa Tone Bender, Power Boost, etc. It was also used in the Schaller Fuzz, and has been used in fuzz pedals from well-known builders such as Skreddy Pedals, D*A*M, and Stu Castledine.

Plastic control knob with set screw and brass insert. This skirted knob is similar in style to the knobs found on many Boss pedals. It features a fluted grip with a radial-brushed metal top. The indicator line extends from the top of the down down through the bottom of the skirt. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts.

CD4015B consists of two identical, independent, 4-stage serial-input/parallel-output registers. Each register has independent CLOCK and RESET inputs as well as a single serial DATA input. "Q" outputs are available from each of the four stages on both registers. All register stages are D-type, master-slave flip-flops. The logic level present at the DATA input is transferred into the first register stage and shifted over one stage at each positive-going clock transition. Resetting of all stages is accomplished by a high level on the reset line.

The LEHLE TRANSFORMER MZ is the ideal component to avoid hum loops without degrading the sound. It achieves this through galvanic isolation of low to mid impedance audio signal sources. It can be used as an input or output transformer, for balanced or unbalanced signals.

PCB for converting SMD SSOP-20 packages to through hole DIP-20 footprints. Solder the device to this PCB then attach pin headers (sold seperately) to connect to through hole footprints on PCBs, breadboards and IC sockets.

Linear regulator with an adjustable voltage range from 1.2V to 37V. This regulator can supply 1.5A of current making it a great option for power supplies.

The CD4069UB device consists of six CMOS inverter circuits. These devices are intended for all general-purpose inverter applications where the medium-power TTL-drive and logic-level-conversion capabilities of circuits such as the CD4009 and CD4049 hex inverter and buffers are not required. The AS3360 is Alfa’s version of the CEM3360 IC. The AS3360 is a dual general purpose voltage controlled transconductor intended for such applications as voltage controlled amplifiers, filters, and waveform generators. Each transconductor independently provides both linear and exponential control scaling over greater than a 100 dB range. Complete with virtual ground summing inputs, wide voltage compliance current outputs, and control inputs referenced to ground, the AS3360 requires exceptionally few external components and is extremely easy to use. Because of its inherent ultra-low control feedthrough, no trimming is required.

Dual Operational Amplifier. The NJM4558 (JRC4558) integrated circuit is a dual high-gain operational amplifier internally compensated and constructed on a single silicon chip using an advanced epitaxial process. Combining the features of the NJM741 with the close parameter matching and tracking of a dual device on a monolithic chip results in unique performance characteristics. Excellent channel separation allows the use of the dual device in single NJM741 operational amplifier applications providing density. It is especially well suited for applications in differential-in, differential-out as well as in potentiometric amplifiers and where gain and phase matched channels are mandatory. Features:

BC148C NPN transistor in a rare Mullard Lockfit package. The BC148C is the equivalent of a BC108C but in the Lockfit package rather than a TO-18. The BC148C was used in a variety of audio and radio equipment and works well for fuzz and other effects.

OPA134 single op amp in an 8-pin DIP package. The OPA134 series are ultra-low distortion, low-noise operational amplifiers fully specified for audio applications. A true FET input stage is incorporated to provide superior sound quality and speed for exceptional audio performance. This, in combination with high output drive capability and excellent DC performance, allows for use in a wide variety of demanding applications. In addition, the OPA134 has a wide output swing, to within 1 V of the rails, allowing increased headroom and making it ideal for use in any audio circuit. The OPA134 SoundPlus™ audio operational amplifiers are easy to use and free from phase-inversion and the overload problems often found in common FET-input operational amplifiers. The AS301AN is Alfa’s version of the LM301A in an 8 pin DIP package. The AS301A is a general purpose operational amplifier. This amplifier offers many features which make its application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, and freedom from oscillations and compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor. It has advantages over internally compensated amplifiers in that the frequency compensation can be tailored to the particular application. For example, in low frequency circuits it can be overcompensated for increased stability margin. Or the compensation can be optimized to give more than a factor of ten improvements in high frequency performance for most applications. In addition, the device provides better accuracy and lower noise in high impedance circuitry.

Switchcraft shouldered hex nuts for ⅜”-32 UNEF-2A threaded bushings. These nuts include a rubber grommet for use in sealed systems and also add a unique look to any build such as pedals or amplifiers.
