2N797 NPN germanium transistors. The 2N797 is a popular NPN for fuzz pedals and other effects. The NPN polarity allows for use with standard pedal power supplies. The 2N797 is a fairly unique germanium transistor since it is in a TO-18 package.

The 1N914 is a small signal diode similar to the 1N4148 and is common in many older electronics. The 1N914 is general purpose and can be used in a multitude of different applications.

New-old-stock Soviet silicon diodes KD521V (КД521B) in a SOD27 package. These diodes were used in EHX/Sovtek Big Muff models from Civil War to Black Russian. The KD521V is a high-speed switching diode encapsulated in hermetically sealed, leaded glass. The SOD27 packages are similar to DO-35.

2N404A PNP germanium transistors. The 2N404A is used in many fuzz pedals along with other effects. The 2N404A is the same as the 2N404 but with a higher voltage rating. This transistor is in a TO-5 package with long leads commonly found on germanium transistors. For a lower voltage version of this transistor, see P-Q2N404.

The shrink ratio on this tubing is 2 to 1, it is fungus resistant and non-corrosive. It is recommended for tightly sealing connectors, terminals, wire splices, and tool handles. It may be shrunk with heat guns, oven, etc. Comes in 6 inch lengths, quantity of 27.

The BC337 is a silicon general purpose NPN transistor in a TO-92 package. The BC337’s typical applications include signal processing, amplification, and switching. The BC337 is available in three different gain ranges: BC337-16, BC337-25, and BC337-40. LT1054 switched-capacitor voltage converter with regulator in an 8 pin DIP package. The LT1054 device is a bipolar, switched-capacitor voltage converter with regulator. It provides higher output current and significantly lower voltage losses than previously available converters. An adaptive-switch drive scheme optimizes efficiency over a wide range of output currents. Total voltage drop at 100-mA output current typically is 1.1 V. This applies to the full supply-voltage range of 3.5 V to 15 V. Quiescent current typically is 2.5 mA. The LT1054 also provides regulation, a feature previously not available in switched-capacitor voltage converters. By adding an external resistive divider, a regulated output can be obtained. This output is regulated against changes in both input voltage and output current. The LT1054 can also shut down by grounding the feedback terminal.

Audio taper, vertical mount, Song Huei pots with a 6mm shaft. These 9mm pots are popular in DIY guitar pedals, modular synthesizers, and other projects where space is limited. CD4016B Series types are quad bilateral switches intended for the transmission or multiplexing of analog or digital signals. Each of the four independent bilateral switches has a single control signal input which simultaneously biases both the p and n device in a given switch on or off. Features:

• 20-V digital or ± 10-V peak-to-peak switching
• 280- typical on-state resistance for 15-V operation
• Switch on-state resistance matched to within 10 typ. over 15-V signal-input range
• High on/off output-voltage ratio: 65 dB typ. @ fis = 10 kHz, RL = 10 k

1N60 point-contact germanium diodes in a DO-7 package. 1N60 diodes were used in many vintage electronics and also make for great clipping diodes in stompbox effects pedals.

The Lehle Transformer HZ is the ideal component to avoid hum loops or to balance and unbalance signals without degrading the sound of high impedance signal sources.

PCB for converting SMD SSOP-20 SSI2140 chips to through hole DIP-18 SSM2040 chips. This adapter makes the SSI2140 pin for pin compatible with the original IC. Solder the device to this PCB then attach pin headers (sold seperately) to connect to through hole footprints on PCBs, breadboards and IC sockets.

The AS394CH is a junction isolated ultra well-matched monolithic NPN transistor pair with an order of magnitude improvement in matching over conventional transistor pairs. Electrical characteristics of these devices such as drift versus initial offset voltage, noise, and the exponential relationship of base-emitter voltage to collector current closely approach those of a theoretical transistor. Extrinsic base and emitter resistances are very low, giving very low noise and operating over a wide current range. To guarantee long term stability of matching parameters, internal clamp diodes have been added across the emitter-base junction of each transistor. These prevent degradation due to reverse biased emitter current, the most common cause of field failures in matched devices.

A semiconductor device which passes current in the forward direction(from anode to cathode), and blocks current in the opposite direction. For extreme fast switches.

Bananuts are anodized aluminum custom minijack nuts following Buchla/Serge coloring code: blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, white, green and black. These nuts are great for color-coding jacks or color-theming modules. Sold individually.

Aluminum blank panels for use with eurorack synths. These 1.6mm thick panels feature a painted black side and a bare aluminum side. Simply flip the panel around to match your color scheme. Elongated holes are used for the mounting holes to ensure a proper fit in your rack. These low cost panels are great for filling gaps in your system or making DIY modules. Blank panels are also referred to as blind panels. Standard Eurorack panels have the same height of 128.5mm but the width varies and is measured in HP. HP is short for horizontal pitch. A single HP is 0.2” (5.08mm). The 2HP panel will measure 0.4” wide (10.16mm”) and the 20HP panel will measure 4.0” wide (101.6mm).

BC238B NPN transistor in a TO-92 package. The BC238 is used in a variety of vintage pedals such as the Schaller Fuzz, a version of the Brian May treble boost,and later Jen / Tonebender fuzz pedals. The BC238B is a variant of the BC108B and works well in other classic fuzz pedals such as Fuzz Face and Big Muff builds.
