µA741 single op amp in an 8-pin DIP package. The µA741 device is a general-purpose operational amplifier featuring offset-voltage null capability. The high common-mode input voltage range and the absence of latch-up make the amplifier ideal for voltage-follower applications. The P-K380 is a high quality Davies 1510 clone. This classic design can be found on countless pedals, synths, amps and other equipment. The AS3046 is Alfa’s version of the CA3046 (LM3046) IC. The AS3046 consists of five general purpose silicon NPN transistors on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are internally connected to form a differentially-connected pair. The transistors are well suited to a wide variety of applications in low power systems. They may be used as discrete transistors in conventional circuits however, in addition, they provide the very significant inherent integrated circuit advantages of close electrical and thermal matching. 2N5088 NPN Bipolar Junction Transistor in TO-92 package

Linear taper 16mm potentiometers with a T18 knurled shaft. These pots have right angle PCB mount terminals. The smaller size is useful for builds with limited panel space such as guitar pedals, synthesizer modules, and adding modifications to equipment. Washer and nut included.

5W zener diodes that are great for use in tube amps. These are commonly used to drop B+ voltages for tube modification compatibility or to create low power modes for the amp. A zener is a semiconductor device that, above a certain reverse voltage(the zener value) has a sudden rise in current. If forward biased, the diode is an ordinary rectifier. When reverse biased, it exhibits a sharp break in its current-voltage graph. Voltage across the diode remains essentially constant for any further increase of reverse current.

OP275 dual audio op amp in an 8-pin DIP package. The OP275 is the first amplifier to feature the Butler Amplifier front end. This new front end design combines both bipolar and JFET transistors to attain amplifiers with the accuracy and low noise performance of bipolar transistors, and the speed and sound quality of JFETs. Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise equals that of previous audio amplifiers, but at much lower supply currents. A very low l/f corner of below 6 Hz maintains a flat noise density response. Whether noise is measured at either 30 Hz or 1 kHz, it is only 6 nVHz. The JFET portion of the input stage gives the OP275 its high slew rates to keep distortion low, even when large output swings are required, and the 22 V/µs slew rate of the OP275 is the fastest of any standard audio amplifier.

NJM4558L dual op amp from JRC in a SIP8 package. The NJM4558L is the same as the DIP NJM4558 (JRC4558) otherwise. The SIP version is a great replacement for dual op amps in vintage circuits as well as a space saving package for some PCB layouts. The NJM4558L is a dual high-gain operational amplifier with internal compensation circuit and constructed on a single silicon chip. TL071 single op amp in an 8-pin DIP package. The TL07xx JFET-input operational amplifier family is designed to offer a wider selection than any previously developed operational amplifier family. Each of these JFET-input operational amplifiers incorporates well-matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The devices feature high slew rates, low-input bias and offset currents, and low offset-voltage temperature coefficient. The low harmonic distortion and low noise make the TL07xseries ideally suited for high-fidelity and audio pre-amplifier applications.

ST3U StripBoard is a prototyping circuit board with a standard long strip pattern. Tracks run the length of the board. The long tracks are convenient for power and ground rails, and for signal buses. Strips can be cut as needed to make smaller tracks and circuit pads. It has 0.1" hole spacing for DIP integrated circuits and headers and other parts. It has higher quality than traditional stripboard. The holes are drilled, not punched. The base material is high-quality FR4 glass epoxy board. It has better stability and moisture resistance than boards using phenolic or SRBP (synthetic resin bonded paper), which can warp with exposure to humidity. Features
