The Hammond 119DA is an excellent transformer for converting low level signal or power output from 600 to 4/8 ohm. The audio
Spectrum is very good. Antique Electronic shipped quickly.

I bought this for my Collins R-390A, on the advice of a fellow member of the Collins Collectors Association. It works great so I bought a second one for my Hammarlund SP-600. It makes a huge difference in the audio output when used with a 4 or 8 Ohm speaker.

A fine little transformer that works well in any 1930s thru 1940s vintage AM or shortwave radio receiver with a 600-Ohm-only audio output for providing impedances for modern speakers. I'm using this most recent purchase on my HP-200/CD audio frequency generator for quickly testing speakers in the shop. I have used them with great results with Hallicrafters SX-28s, Collins R-390s and S-line receivers. A highly recommended transformer!
