The Kluson Contemporary Series 19:1 ratio locking tuning machine uses the more desireable rear knob locking system and is designed for usage on contemporary guitars. This design requires an individual mounting hole location offset at approximately 7 O'clock or 4 O'clock depending on left or right handed application (bass or treble side). Uses the common modern 25/64 in. (10mm) peghole with a hex head type screw-in bushing and single mounting screw. This is a 6 in line set of tuning machines for right handed instruments (non-reverse headstocks) with all mounting hardware included

The original Rotomatic® with an improved higher ratio gearing. The 18:1 ratio provides for finer tuning and greater stability. The finer gears provide smoother tuning and a higher degree of backlash elimination. This new version of the Rotomatic® uses the exact housing as the original. Only the gearing has changed. The 102V series is a remake (replica) of the original “Milk Bottle" style Rotomatics® first introduced by Grover. With an 18:1 gear ratio, this unique style will make any vintage guitar appear truly original. Package of 6, 3 per side.

This model offers the same specs and styling as the Original “Milk Bottle" style 102 Series, but with Pearloid Buttons and button retainer. 18:1 ratio.

The introduction of the new Grover Locking Rotomatics® gives you the ease of use provided by a standard tuner and the positive locking of our internal cam post. Simply insert the string through the string hole, pull to tension by hand and begin tuning. As you start to tune, only the locking cam in the string post turns. Once the string is locked, the string post begins to turn allowing you to bring the string to pitch. In less than one revolution of the string post, you will be in tune, to stay in tune. Gear ratio is 18 to 1.

Insert the string through the post hole, wrap around once, then lock by tightening with the thumb screw. Perfect replacement for the most standard machine heads. Includes all mounting hardware. The 505FV series design allows you to upgrade your vintage Fender® tuners to a more modern style locking tuner without making ANY modifications to your guitar. The overlapping ear design allows you to utilize the existing screw holes and the use of push in bushings, rather than screw in, means no modifications have to be made to the post holes.
