Adapter bushings to retrofit US 1/4 inch post Kluson tuners in a headstock drilled for modern die cast tuners. Nickel plating. Set of 6. These Kluson® steel replacement - adapter bushings are intended for use in converting a modern 10mm drilled headstock to accept a vintage Kluson stamped steel tuning machines with the original US 1/4 inch string post diameter. Many repair shops use these to convert a vintage instrument back to original peg head specs

The 505FV series design allows you to upgrade your vintage Fender® tuners to a more modern style locking tuner without making ANY modifications to your guitar. The overlapping ear design allows you to utilize the existing screw holes and the use of push in bushings, rather than screw in, means no modifications have to be made to the post holes. These inline tuners feature the famous 18:1 ratio and thumb screw locking mechanism.

Machine heads without a sealed gear are criticized for not having the same smooth performance, efficiency and durability that sealed gear tuners have. The SD series solves these problems by combining "Rock-solid" technology and the post collar or: "Self-Center Guide", found on enclosed gears in the base plate of the gear allowing the post to perfectly align itself with the bushing which attaches the gear to the headstock. 3 per side. New Kluson® 19:1 ratio die-cast tuning machine set for contemporary guitars. These state of the art diecast tuners are designed for usage on contemporary guitars and utilize the same mounting hole common to Grover 305 series medium tuners as well as the common Gotoh tuner with the mounting screw located offset at approximately 7 O'clock or 5 O'clock depending on left or right handed application. Uses the common modern 25/64 in. (10mm) peghole with a hex head type screw-in bushing and single mounting screw. All mounting hardware is included.
