Will this tube replace a 7247?

According to our Tube Substitution Handbook, the 12DW7 is a substitute for the 7247.

I use zesto leto ultra preamp that using 1 gold pin JJ 12 DW7 . When I ordered from you, do I need to notice for checking of the matching issue ( match pair)?

It is not required to match preamp tubes.

I bought this as part of a re-tube for a Hot Rod Deluxe, and used it in V2 of the amp. Purchased with it were a 12AT7 (V1), a 12AX7 (V3-Phase invertor), and two matched 6L6GC's. All were JJ tubes. Prior to this re-tube, I had three 12AX7's in the amp. All I can say is WOW! Excellent tone, and volume control that is now manageable. I'm very pleased with the way this tube works in the HRDX. Definitely recommend it.
