I'm pretty sure these tubes were not NOS but OS (used) instead, I'm okay with that when you consider the price was fair and these tubes are getting hard to find. These are a good replacement for the 6C10 in my '83 Fender Super Champ. Only problem is I can't test these tubes in my tester which doesn't have a way to test compaction tubes, but they worked in my amp under a performance test which is the real deal. Thanks, I hope these last me a long time.
