Product Reviews
Tried these in a Fisher X-1000 integrated amp. Heavy bottom end, boomy at times, recessed midrange, and terrible treble. I actually had to turn down the bass on a few songs. I have never had to do this with the vintage tubes, which were very balanced and had a 3D spaciousness.
Bought these for my Dynakit ST70 just to see how they sound. On the plus side the sound quality is very good especially as my Musical Fidelity M3Si does not have any tone controls; just volume. There are no real negatives but the output is slightly lower than comparative EL34s which means volume needs to be increased which could result in hum on some amplifiers.
Usual good service from Antique Electronic Supply; thanks
You're the only company i could find that had the Tad EL34B tubes (8 pin) This is for my Vox Night Train 50H. Thanks!
