Vacuum Tubes

The first electronic amplification of sound was done with Vacuum Tubes. We have pre-amp, power and rectifier vacuum tubes among other types in New Old Stock from the golden era of American & European manufacturing as well as current production tubes from today.
Vacuum Tube - 12AX7WB, Sovtek
Sovtek 12AX7WB dual triode.
Vacuum Tube - 6V6GT, Mullard Reissue
Mullard 6V6GT tube. Made in Russia. This valve is built to stand the high voltages encountered in the Fender Deluxe Reverb and other guitar amplifiers that ran the valves above the published specification. The smooth and balanced frequency response also makes it suitable for hi-fi use.
Starting at $28.50
Vacuum Tube - EF86 / 6267, Tube Amp Doctor, Premium Selected
The Tube Amp Doctor EF86 / 6267 is a low noise and low microphonic version of the vintage pentode. These tubes were famously used in classic HiFi equipment and microphone preamps. The original Vox® AC15 circuit also used an EF86 and now, thanks to its recent availability, there are plenty of options for guitar amplifiers utilizing this unique tube. The TAD EF86 / 6267 meets all of the standards of the Tube Amp Doctor Premium Selection process. This tube has a rugged construction featuring an aesthetically pleasing perforated shield. The TAD EF86 / 6267 will work in and EF86 or 6267 position.

Vacuum Tube - EL34, Groove Tubes, Matched Pair
Package of 2
Octal power tube (Max Plate Watts = 25W) The GT EL34 is based on the original Mullard® EL34 of the '60s - the stock tube in all early Marshall® and Hiwatt® amps. Mullard produced it for about 15 years, and this is a faithful reproduction of the classic XF2 dual-getter version. It has a big, fat and well-defined tone and really “wakes up" reissue amps to perform like the originals. As close as you can get to vintage Marshall® power tube heaven.
Vacuum Tube - 6K6GT, Pentode, Power Amplifier
The 6K6GT is an indirectly heated cathode type power amplifier pentode designed for service in the output stages of AC, AC/DC and storage battery operated receivers.
Vacuum Tube - 6201 / 12AT7WA, Dual Triode, HI-MU
Miniature high-mu twin triode each section of which has an individual cathode connection. The tube is especially suited for use as a grounded-grid amplifier or as a frequency converter at frequencies below approximately 300 megacycles.
Vacuum Tube - 12AU7 / ECC82, JJ Electronics
A medium gain dual triode built with the quality and reliability that we’ve come to expect from a JJ tube. This 12AU7 offers smooth tones and clear definition which is why it’s no surprise that this tube is often found in hifi equipment as well as guitar amplifiers.
Starting at $10.95
Vacuum Tube - 6SQ7GT, Diode, Dual Triode
Duplex-diode high-mu triode intended primarily for use as a combined detector, amplifier, and automatic-volume-control tube in radio receivers. The triode section incorporates a high amplification factor
Vacuum Tube - 6X5GT / EZ35, Rectifier, Full Wave
Cathode type rectifier designed particularly for use in automobile receivers.
Vacuum Tube - 12SN7GT-A-B, Triode, Dual, Medium MU
Medium-mu twin triode suitable for use in a wide variety of general purpose amplifier and phase-inverter applications. Except for heater characteristics and ratings, the 12SN7GA-B is identical to the 6SN7GTB
Vacuum Tube - 6AK5 / EF95, Pentode, Sharp Cut-Off
Miniature types used as rf or if amplifiers especially in high-frequency wide-band applications at frequencies up to 400MHz.
Vacuum Tube - 12AZ7A, Triode, Dual
9-pin miniature type high-mu twin triode, with heater having controlled warm-up time.
Vacuum Tube - 12AX7 / ECC83, Electro-Harmonix, package of 3
Package of 3
This Russian tube is full bodied and bright with a more straightforward presentation. It packs a lot of bite with its higher-than-normal gain. In overdrive, it offers a lot of crunchy fizz.
Vacuum Tube - 50C5, Beam Power Amplifier
Miniature beam pentode primarily designed for use in the audio-frequency power-output stage of radio receivers. The tube features high power sensitivity and high efficiency at relatively low plate and screen voltages
Vacuum Tube - 6414, Triode, Dual
Heater-cathode type, medium-mu double triode of miniature construction. This type is characterized by long life and stable performance. Features a high zero-bias plate current, a sharp cutoff characteristic, and separate cathode connections.
Vacuum Tube - EL844, JJ Electronics
The JJ Electronic EL844 is a variation on the classic tube which reduces the overall headroom by 25%. With the reduced power, hitting that rich distortion that the EL84 is notorious for is more manageable. This tube will hit full saturated power tube sounds without having to crank the amps volume as high which makes them a great choice for recording as well as home / bedroom use.
Starting at $12.50
Vacuum Tube - 6136 / 6AU6WA, Pentode, Sharp Cut-Off
Miniature sharp-cutoff pentode designed primarily for use as a high gain radio-frequency or intermediate-frequency amplifier. Low grid-plate capacitance and high transconductance make it especially suited for high-frequency wide-band applications.
Vacuum Tube - 6973, Electro-Harmonix
Electro-Harmonix 6973 Power Tube Beam power amplifier used in vintage Gretsch and Magnatone amplifiers. This is a real 6973, not a rebrand of a "close" tube.
Starting at $21.15
Vacuum Tube - 6EA8, Triode, Pentode
Miniature tube which contains a sharp-cutoff pentode and a triode in one envelope. Each section has a separate cathode and is electrically independent. Primarily intended as a combined triode oscillator and pentode mixer in television receivers.
Vacuum Tube - 12B4A, Triode, Low MU
Miniature low-mu triode designed primarily for service as a vertical-deflection amplifier in television receivers. The tube features high plate current at relatively low plate voltages
Vacuum Tube - 7868, Electro-Harmonix
Electro-Harmonix 7868 power pentode tube with a magnoval style base. Made in Russia.
Starting at $30.75
Vacuum Tube - 6BL8 / 6LN8, Triode, Pentode
Triode-pentode in the 9 pin miniature construction. It is designed for use as a frequency changer in television receivers.
Vacuum Tube - KT88, Genalex Gold Lion
KT88 power tube reissue of Genalex Gold Lion. Made in Russia.
In 1957 Marconi-Osram Valve Co. (Genalex) introduced the "King of Power Tubes", the legendary Gold Lion KT88. This tube became the heart and soul of such classics as the Dynaco Mark III, McIntosh MC275, and Marshall Major. Unfortunately, Genalex ceased tube production in the early 1980s and the Genalex Gold Lion KT88 has become very expensive and hard to find.
After extensive research and engineering, New Sensor Corp. has reissued the famed Genalex Gold Lion KT88.
Starting at $58.50
Vacuum Tube - 12AU6, Pentode, Sharp Cut-Off
The 12AU6 is a pentode amplifier having a sharp cut-off control characteristic using the miniature construction. With high transconductance, low grid-plate capacitance, it is intended for service as either an RF or AF amplifier.
