Vacuum Tubes

Electro-Harmonix 6CA4 full-wave rectifier tube. Made in Russia.

Beam power tube for use as a horizontal-deflection amplifier tube in color and black-and-white television receivers.

Pentode power amplifier designed for service where economy in current consumption is desired.

Magnoval type used as a horizontal-deflection amplifier in color television receivers.

General purpose triode designed for service as an oscillator, detector, or amplifier. It is recommended for use where economy of heater current is important.

Pentagrid converter. It is intended to perform the combined functions of the mixer and oscillator in superheterodyne receivers, especially those of the all-wave type. The 6SA7GT is constructed to provide excellent frequency stability.

High-frequency pentode.

Semi-remote cutoff pentode using the lock in construction. IT is designed for use as an RF or IF amplifier.

This is a set of measured vacuum tubes for use in TV-7 vacuum tube tester calibration. The values for each vacuum tube will be measured and included for the purpose of calibrating your own TV-7 tester at home. Steps for this calibration can be found online. Three tubes will be included:

Electro-Harmonix 12AT7WC dual triode preamp tube. Made in Russia. “Xtra Low Microphonic”. Small plate format dual triode, with low microphonics and superior dissipation compared to NOS originals. Ideal for reverb circuits.

Medium-mu general-purpose triode designed for use as an amplifier, an oscillator, or a detector. Except for heater ratings, the 12J5 is identical to the 6J5.

General purpose filament type triode designed for service in battery operated receivers. With the exception of capacitances its ratings and characteristics are identical with those of the 30.

Miniature type pentagrid converter designed for use in low drain battery operated receivers.

Filament-type pentagrid converter designed particularly for use in low drain battery-operated equipment. This tube will operate satisfactorily with only 45 volts B supply.

Tube combining a single diode and a high-mu triode in one bulb. It is designed for service as a diode detector, AVC rectifier, and as a resistance coupled amplifier.

Are pentagrid converters designed for service as oscillators and mixers in ac operated and ac-dc operated receivers. With the exception of heater ratings, they have identical rating and electrical characteristics.

Miniature, four-electrode, inert-gas-filled thyratron with negative control characteristics of the tube include a high control ratio essentially independent of temperature over a wide range low grid-anode capacitance and very low grid current.
